29 CFR 1910.1025(g)(1)(ii): Appropriate protective work clothing and equipment was not provided when employee(s) were exposed to lead above the permissible exposure limit (PEL), without regard to the use of respirators, or where the possibility of skin or eye irritation exists, such as shoes or disposable shoe coverlets. a) On July 19, 2017, eWorks Electronic Services, Inc. did not provide and ensure that employees assigned to disassemble Cathode Ray Tube monitors who were exposed to lead, used protective work clothing such as shoe covers to prevent lead contamination of the employees' shoes.
