29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladders were used for purposes other than the purposes for which they were designed. On or about 15 April 2017, and at times prior thereto, two workers used a Werner Fiberglass Six-Foot Stepladder for trench egress while it was in a closed position and a concrete wall behind, exposing the workers to a fall hazard of approximately 4 feet 6 inches.
