29 CFR 1910.335(a)(1)(i): Employees were not wearing protective equipment that is appropriate for the specific parts of the body to be protected and for the work to be performed when working in an area where there was a potential electrical hazard: On or about March 30, 2017, the employer failed to ensure that employees wore protective equipment when resetting the energized Dutch Technical Services system while performing a reset of variable frequency devices from inside an electrical panel exposing employees to electrical shock.
