29 CFR 1926.1204(d): Under the permit-required confined space program the employer did not ensure that employees used the testing and monitoring equipment properly: a) 9000 River Rd, Delair, NJ, 08110- Anodizing: The employer did not ensure that employees used the four gas meter properly when testing the air quality for the purpose of initial entry by using manufacturer approved tubing that could be lowered into the space while attached to the gas meter while the meter remained at the entry point of the space, on or about 2/24/2017. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
