29 CFR 1910.334(c)(1): Unqualified persons performed testing work on electric circuits or equipment. Entire Facility - On or about August 24, through October 26, 2016, unqualified employees performed voltage testing on energized components (up to 480 Volts) while troubleshooting machinery and equipment. Employees were exposed to electrical shock and arc flash/blast hazards. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
