29 CFR 1910.219(e)(1)(i): Horizontal belts which had both runs seven feet or less from the floor level were not guarded with a guard that extended to at least fifteen inches above the belt: On or about August 16, 2016: a. On the east side of the wood planer where employees were exposed to a caught-by hazard while working near the wood planer feed motor without guards to cover drive belts. b. On the west side of the wood planer where employees were exposed to a caught-by hazard while working near the pineapple roller drive assembly without a guard to cover a drive belt. c. On the east side of the wood planer where employees were exposed to a caught-by hazard while working near the tilt hoist stacking stick conveyor motor without a guard to cover a drive belt. d. On the south side of the wood planer where employees were exposed to a caught-by hazard while working near the wood planer discharge conveyor without a guard covering lower portion of the conveyor belt.
