29 CFR 1926.1127(k)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practical of accumulations of cadmium: a. On or about August 4, 2016, at the turbine bay, surfaces which include, but are not limited to the following, were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of cadmium: - Locker 33 at riverside wall by turbine bay 3 - Vacuum near locker 33 b. On or about August 4, 2016, at the stairs between the generator bay and the control room, surfaces which include, but are not limited to the top of electrical MCC 8P, was not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of cadmium. c. On or about August 4, 2016, by generator 2, surfaces which include, but are not limited to the following, were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of cadmium: - Top surface of tan cabinet - Floor near access to generator 2 pit d. On or about August 5, 2016, equipment gallery, surfaces which include, but are not limited to the floor were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of cadmium.
