29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(i): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information required by 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(i) through 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(v): (a) Ark Woodworks Inc, at 878 Baseline Place, Brighton, CO: On and preceding 4/4/16, the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information required by 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(i) through 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(v). Secondary containers were used to store paint thinner and stains. The secondary containers used were originally "PowerAde" and bottled water containers. The secondary containers retained their original labeling. Secondary containers were not labeled with the complete identity of the contents and hazard information. This condition exposed employees to a chemical hazard.
