29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier, signal word, hazard statement(s), pictogram(s), precautionary statement(s) and name, address, and telephone number of the chemical manufacturer, importer, or other responsible party. (a) Facility, Shop, Detailing Area, Hanging from Rack: Five plastic spray containers were not provided with labels. Two of the containers contained a purple liquid (3M Heavy Duty Wheel Cleaner, a corrosive), one container contained a green liquid, and two others contained a yellow liquid, on or about 8/18/15. (b) Facility, Shop, Red Push Cart: One plastic spray container and one plastic squeeze container were not marked with their contents, both containers contained a clear liquid, on or about 8/18/15. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 AS PER 29 CFR 1903.19
