29 CFR 1910.157(g)(1): An educational program was not provided for all employees to familiarize them with the general principles of fire extinguisher use and the hazards involved with incipient stage fire fighting: On or about 11 March, 2015 at 6600 Best Friend Road, Norcross, GA; employees were exposed to smoke inhalation and burn hazards where employees were permitted to fight incipient level fires and were not trained on how to do so.
