29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The employer did not compile a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that was referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet. On or about February 19, 2015: Employees working in the production area of the facility are exposed to mild skin and respiratory irritation from working with products such as, but not limited to Ultramid BS 700 (polyamide), Polypropylene (white and conductive black), and Textile Spin Finish. The employer did not have an inventoried list of chemicals used in the worksite.
