29 CFR 1910.38(d): The employer did not have or maintain an employee alarm system: The employer does not ensure an employee alarm system is maintained. This violation was observed on or about November 25, 2014, at the facility, where employees were exposed to fire and inclement weather hazards. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, within (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation describing the steps taken to implement and maintain an employee alarm system.
