29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the appropriate hazard warnings: a.) Rohr Industries, Inc. 201 Stackpole Street, St. Marys, PA, Production Area, on or about November 21st, 2014, and times prior thereto: Employees utilized a lubricating oil in a 2.5 gallon container. The 2.5 gallon container was not labeled with the appropriate hazard warnings in that, the container contained hazard warnings associated with gasoline.
