29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s) At the job site, frequent and regular inspections of the job site were not performed by a competent person. The following hazards were noted to have existed: a/ That crew members were required to inform the crane operator of their location during disassembly. b/ That the operational procedures for the crane were to be maintained with the crane or on the job site. c/ When to establish a control line, warning line, railings, or the equivalent to mark the hazard area.
