29 CFR 1910.119(g)(1)(i): The employer did not train each employee before being involved in operating a newly assigned process in the operating procedures as specified in paragraph (f) of this section: a) Old Acid Room Area - The employer did not train its employees on specific safety and health hazards of formaldehyde, emergency operations associated with the formaldehyde loading system, and safe work practices prior to working on or around the formaldehyde loading system, on or about September 26, 2012. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
