29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: a) Rasi Laboratories, Inc./Somerset, NJ Facility- Throughout the facility: A written Hazard Communication Program was not provided where employees are exposed to chemicals, including but not limited to: 1) hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid, nitric acid, ethyl acetate, methanol, and acetonitrile (in Quality Control lab). 2) isopropanol (in production area). Condition observed on/or about August 30, 2012.
