29 CFR 1910.36(g)(4): Objects that projected into the exit route reduced the width of the exit route to less than the minimum width requirements for exit routes. A). Vortex Recycling On or about 4/30/12, an exit door was partially blocked by portable stairs on the outside of the building. The stairs were utilized to access the pit area of the oil silo.
