29 CFR 1910.332(b)(2): Employees, who were not qualified persons, were not trained in and familiar with any electrically related safety practices not specifically addressed by 29 CFR 1910.331 through 29 CFR 1910.335, but which were necessary for their safety: (a) On March 07, 2025, and at times prior thereto, the plant manager was exposed to 110 volts of electricity when replacing a fuse in the Pony Panel. (b) On March 07, 2025, and at times prior thereto, employees performing servicing or maintenance on the Schurman Machine Incorporated Edger Saw Model No. 6TA60, Serial No. 2512 disconnected electrical energy at various electrical panels (buckets) including the Pony Panel.
