29 CFR 1910.335(a)(2)(i):When working near exposed energized conductors or circuit parts, each employee did not use insulated tools or handling equipment when the tools or handling equipment might have made contact with such conductors or parts: On or about October 25th, 2024, employees engaged in oven operations located at 4657 G Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68117, were exposed to electrical hazards in that the Blue Oven operator was shocked when attempting to prepare the Blue Oven for operations. The employer failed to provide the oven operator with insulated tools or equipment prior to handling energized circuits.
