29 CFR 1910.179(j)(1)(i): Prior to initial use, all new and altered cranes were not inspected to insure compliance with the provisions of 29 CFR 1910.179(j). On or about September 12, 2024 at 41738 Esterly Dr, Columbiana, OH 44408, the employer did not ensure that prior to use the crane in the cast house had an initial inspection. The crane lifts loads up to 10,000 pounds several times per day.
