29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(2)(i): Floors and other surfaces where lead accumulates may not be cleaned by the use of compressed air. On or about May 30, 2024, employees were exposed to health hazards associated with lead in the CRT/FRIT Line. The Employer failed to ensure that compressed air was not used to clean debris during and at the end of the work shifts. Abatement documentation is required in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
