29 CFR 1910.1026(h)(2)(i): The employer did not ensure that employees removed all protective clothing and equipment contaminated with chromium (VI) at the end of the work shift or at the completion of their tasks involving chromium (VI) exposure, whichever came first: a) On March 27, 2024 and at times prior thereto; employees use and are exposed to hexavalent chromium during plating and polishing operations. Employees wear their street clothing and chemical aprons throughout the facility. Employees wear their street clothing and do not change prior to leaving. note* Abatement certification is required for this item.
