29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rests on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: (a) Main Building, Maintenance Shop - The employer had the work rest on the abrasive wheel on the right side of the Dayton pedestal grinder, model 1Z707Y, adjusted to greater than one eighth inch from the wheel, exposing employees to a struck-by hazard, on or about March 12, 2024. No abatement certification or documentation required.
