29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3): When work was to be performed near overhead lines, the lines were not deenergized and grounded, nor were other protective measures provided before work was started: a. At 3766 Townsend Oak Court: On or about February 24, 2024, in the tree, the employer exposed a tree trimmer employee to an electrocution hazard while performing tree trimming work using a chain saw and a pole saw within 10-feet of energized 7.2 kV overhead distribution lines.
