29 CFR 1910.120(p)(7)(i): A training program for employees exposed to health hazards or hazardous substances at treatment, storage and disposal operations was not developed and implemented to enable employees to perform their assigned duties and functions in a safe and healthful manner so as not to endanger themselves or other employees. ESTABLISHMENT: On/or about December 29, 2023, the employer did not establish an effective training program for the employees involved in hazardous waste operations.
