29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented, and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: WORKSHOP: On/or about December 4, 2023, the employer had not established and implemented machine-specific hazardous energy control lockout/tagout step-by-step written procedures for the employees during installation, servicing and maintenance of equipment such as (but not limited to) bridge cranes, jib cranes, and erected machinery.
