29 CFR 1910.119(j)(2): Written procedures. The employer did not establish and implement written procedures to maintain the on-going integrity of process equipment. On or about November 8, 2023 and at prior times, in the blending tanks area at Sound Resource Solutions facility located in Sheperd, TX, workers were exposed to fire and explosion hazards, when the employer did not establish and implement the written procedures for maintaining the on-going integrity of AZA and 2012 frac/blending tanks, hoses and pumps.
