29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): a) On our about October 3, 2023, at the facility, where the employer did not develop and implemented a written hazard communication program for chemicals such as, but not limited to, Polylite TLP 33234-24 (resin), Norox MEKP-9 (corrosive), Crown Acetone, Lilly RAM RP E-7 MED Gray, and M.E.K. exposing employees to health hazards.
