Text For Citation: 01 Item/Group: 007A Hazard:
29 CFR 1910.107(e)(6)(iv):Piping systems conveying flammable liquids or liquids with a flashpoint greater than 199.4 �F (93 �C) were not properly grounded: a) Eden, Inc., Spray booth area, on or about April 20th, 2023 and times prior thereto: Employees performed spray coating of wood products with flammable liquids within the companies spray booth area. The Wagner brand paint pump system and associated piping system was not grounded while transferring flammable liquids including, but not limited to, UR Clear Precat Self-S 35SH (LFC201G) and UR Clear Precat Self-S 20SH (LFC2014). ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
