29 CFR 1910.217(c)(3)(viii)(d): Two hand trip devices of mechanical power press(es) were not fixed in position so that only a supervisor or safety engineer was capable of relocating the controls: On or about June 6, 2023, in Department #3, Press Area, the controls on the Bliss Press Machines were located on a mobile stand that were not in a fixed position exposing employees to caught-in hazards in the following instances: a) Controls on Bliss Press Machine #5 were located on a mobile stand. b) Controls on Bliss Press Machine #6 were located on a mobile stand.
