29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: (a)Global Harvest Foods, LLC 201 at North Richmond Street, Roscoe, SD 57471: On or about and at times prior to April 12, 2023, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from electrical hazards in that the west electrical panel in the production area storeroom was not labelled nor was it arranged so the purpose was evident. This condition exposed employees to electrical shock and burn hazards.
