29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a) On or about March 21, 2023, and at times prior thereto; in the subassembly area: a. Relocatable power tap/power strip was plugged into the extension cord to provide power to the ILiving floor fan, Heat Stream heater, and drill chargers. b. Relocatable power tap/power strip was plugged into the extension cord to provide power to Commercial fan, Pedestal fan and drill chargers. c. Relocatable power tap/power strip was plugged into the extension cord and at the other end of the cord that plugged into another power tap/power strip to provide power to two (2) Pedestal fans and drill chargers.
