29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings shall be protected from abrasion, and openings through which conductors enter shall be effectively closed: On or about February 7, 2023, at an establishment located at 2099 Badgerland Drive in Green Bay, WI, outside of the Bliss Room, to the right of the pedestrian door on the east side; the flexible conduit housing the electrical wires to power Bucket Elevator (B.E.) #2 feed conveyor was broken and open at the connection fitting, exposing the conductors to abrasion.
