29 CFR 1910.334(a)(1): Flexible electric cords were fastened with staples or otherwise hung in such a fashion as could damage the outer jacket or insulation: On or about January 9, 2023, and at times prior thereto, on the Production Office wall near the restroom entrances, a 120v extension cord was attached to the wall using a heavy gage staple, exposing employees to potential electrical shock and/or fire hazards.
