29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a. Battery Charging Area - On or about December 20, 2022, there were six hanging receptacle boxes with knock outs in the battery area were being used as a pendant against listing and labeling, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard. b. Maintenance shop - On or about December 20, 2022, the employees were exposed to electrical hazards from using a relocatable power tap against listing and labeling to power a bench grinder. c. OAS3-DR-0P - On or about December 20, 2022, the relocatable power tap was being used in an industrial environment against listing and labeling which showed signs of having an arcing event, exposing employees to electrical hazards. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
