29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):The employer did not develop or implement a written hazard communication program that included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): a)Facility: On or about 11/16/2022, the employer did not develop or maintain a written hazard communication program for chemicals used in the facility including, but not limited to, TCI Powder Coatings, Duall Lacquer Thinner, Durcon Epoxy Resin, and Coral Surcoat 80 (a corrosive), Metal Fumes from welding, Argon for TIG welding, and Compressed N.O.S. for MIG welding. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
