29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: a) On or about October 13, 2022, and at times prior thereto, the work rest for the Palmgren grinder was greater than one-eighth inch from the wheel exposing employees to hazards associated with wheel breakage. b) On or about October 19, 2022, and at times prior thereto, the work rest for the Bench Grinder, s/n/ Y, was greater than one-eighth inch from the wheel exposing employees to hazards associated with wheel breakage.
