29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i):Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a.) Gasbarre Products, Inc.; on or about 5/5/2022 and at times prior thereto, employees performed servicing and maintenance work on machines that included but were not limited to the Cincinnati 600H and Pacific 300 ton hydraulic press brakes. Specific energy control procedures had not been developed for employees to utilize when performing servicing and maintenance on machines.
