29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2):Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: a. Blast - On or about January 20, 2022, Panel L-3, the breakers within the panel box were not fully marked to identify purpose, exposing employees to an electrical hazard. b. Blast - On or about January 20, 2022, Panel P-3, the breakers within the panel box were not fully marked to identify purpose, exposing employees to an electrical hazard. c. Press Area - On or about January 20, 2022, Panel P-4, the breakers within the panel box were not fully marked to identify purpose, exposing employees to an electrical hazard. d. Press Area - On or about January 20, 2022, Panel L-4, the breakers within the panel box were not fully marked to identify purpose, exposing employees to an electrical hazard. e. Press Area - On or about January 20, 2022, Panel box next to the master splitter panel, the breakers within the panel box were not fully marked to identify purpose, exposing employees to an electrical hazard. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
