29 CFR 1926.502(d)(6)(i): Unless the snaphook is a locking type and designed for the following connections, snaphooks shall not be engaged directly to webbing, rope or wire rope: a) Brilliant Building & Design LLC worksite located at 98 US Highway 46, Budd Lake, NJ An employee was exposed to a fall hazard of 14 ft. to the ground below while applying his snaphook directly to webbing as a means of fall protection while working from the second level of the scaffold. Violation occurred on or about 07/15/2021.
