29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: Alchemy-Spectec, LLC - 4508 Bibb Boulevard, Tucker, GA - Employees handle hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to Poly-G 30-238, Sundex 840, Polyol 14730, UN2735, Diethylene Glycol Tech, Polymeric MDI, Addocat 118, Millioonate MR-200, Dabco BL-19, Sundex 840, Dabco BL 1, Toyocat-D60, Toyocat-DM70, during the production and blending of chemicals. A written hazard communication program was not developed and implemented, on or about 06/25/21.
