29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1):A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: UTCRAS Inc., located at 501 Highland Ave. Morton, PA: (a) UTCRAS, Painting and Welding shops, Building O and U: On or about January 21, 2021, the employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program for employees required to wear half face respirator such as, but not limited to 3M Series 6000 with organic vapors and Miller LPR 100 with P100 filters, while performing welding and spray painting operations.
