29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the identity of the hazardous chemical(s) contained therein. On or about 12/3/2020, at the Commerce, Georgia facility, in the production area shop, employees handled containers containing Ghost Off, anti-spatter and WD-40. The employer did not ensure containers were labeled to indicate the hazardous properties of the associated chemicals.
