29 CFR 1910.303(e): Markings were not provided on electrical equipment giving voltage, current, wattage, and other ratings as necessary: On or about 11/09/2020, labeling to identify the voltage, current, wattage, and other required ratings was not marked on electrical equipment located at the facility. The electrical equipment includes, but is not limited to: a) Employees were exposed to potential electrical hazards, in that the electrical panel (Labeled #3) located in the main shop area near the south storage area / break room-was not marked and/or labeled with the voltage, current, wattage, or other ratings as required. b) Employees were exposed to potential electrical hazards, in that the electrical panel (Labeled #4) located in the main shop area near the south storage area/ break room-was not marked and/or labeled with the voltage, current, wattage, or other ratings as required c) Employees were exposed to potential electrical hazards, in that the electrical panel (Labeled #8) located in the main shop area near the chop saw area was not marked and/or labeled with the voltage, current, wattage, or other ratings as required d) Employees were exposed to potential electrical hazards, in that the electrical panel (Labeled #10) located in the main shop area near the chop saw area as not marked and/or labeled with the voltage, current, wattage, or other ratings as required. e) Employees were exposed to potential electrical hazards, in that the electrical panel (Labeled #13) located in the main shop area was not marked and/or labeled with the voltage, current, wattage, or other ratings as required f) Employees were exposed to potential electrical hazards, in that the electrical panel (Labeled #17) located in the main shop area/the flow machine was not marked and/or labeled with the voltage, current, wattage, or other ratings as required g) Employees were exposed to potential electrical hazards, in that the electrical panel (Labeled #18) located in the main shop area was not marked and/or labeled with the voltage, current, wattage, or other ratings as required
