29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A):Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: At the Yoke Cell, employees engaged in manufacturing activities were exposed to fire and electrical shock hazards in that the flexible cord used to supply power to the skimmer attached to the Mori Seiki CNC lathe was used in lieu of fixed wiring exposing employees to fire and electrical shock hazards. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete
