On or about 3/17/2020, at 455 Hood Road, Jasper, GA, where the employer failed to maintain a list for all chemicals they have on hand to include but not limited to: a. Propane; b. Lubricating Oil; c. Helium; d. Nitrogen; e. Oxygen; f. Acetylene; and g. Gasoline.
