29 CFR 1910.107(e)(1): The employer did not ensure that the storage of flammable liquids in connection with spraying operations conformed to the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.106, including paragraph (e)(2)(iv)(C). ADHESIVE SPRAY AREA: On or about and at times prior to March 2, 2020, a small, uncovered plastic pail containing a Category 2 flammable adhesive was stored under the work bench. The adhesive was 3M PB938 High Performance Spray Adhesive with a flashpoint of -4 deg F and a boiling point of 133 deg F. Ref. 29 CFR 1910.106(e)(2)(iv)(a)
