29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: On or about December 17, 2019, employees used electrical equipment in the shop and the employer did not maintain sufficient access to permit ready and safe operation of the following electrical disconnecting means: a) Northside of shop, Square D Disconnect (480V) marked EF62 blocked by cart and bucket; b) Northside of shop, Square D Disconnect (480V) for the Press blocked by metal parts bins; c) Northside of shop, Square D Disconnect (480V) marked 018 Welder 16 blocked by Miller Deltaweld 652 WM9X (Stock Number 903396, Serial Number LA333462); d) Northside of shop, Electrical Room, seven (7) Square D Electrical Panels and Disconnects blocked by surplus equipment and materials. e) Center of shop, Square D Disconnect (480V) marked Welder 7 blocked by Miller Deltaweld 652 MW9X (Stock Number 903396, Serial Number LA333424); f) Center of Shop, Square D Disconnect (480V) marked Welder 8 blocked by Miller Deltaweld 652 WM9X (Stock Number 903396, Serial Number LA333242); g) Center of Shop, five (5) Square D Disconnects (480V) blocked by a curtain, torch, torch stand, natural gas and air piping; h) Southside of shop, four (4) Square D Disconnects (460V - 480V) blocked by cart holding a welder and tank; and i) Southside of shop near roll-up door, Square D Disconnect (480V) blocked by surplus equipment in a box.
