29 CFR 1910.243(a)(1)(i): Portable power driven circular saw(s) having a blade diameter greater than two inches were not equipped with guard(s) below the base plate or shoe which automatically and instantly returned to the covering position when the tool was withdrawn from the work: On or about November 26, 2019 and at times prior thereto and thereafter, the employer allowed employees to use pneumatic saws with a blade diameter of greater than two inches without ensuring the guard being in place exposing employees to hazards associated with using an unguarded saw.
