29 CFR 1910.30(a)(1): The employer did not provide training for each employee exposed to fall hazards and who used personal fall protection systems or was required to be trained as specified elsewhere in this subpart prior to May 17, 2017: Site- An employee required to use a personal fall protection system by the employer and who was utilizing it while operating a Grove AMZ50 aerial lift, was not provided with fall protection training from a qualified person which included, but was not limited to; the nature of the fall hazards in the work area; the procedures to be followed to minimize those hazards; the correct procedures for installing, inspecting, operating, maintaining, and disassembling the personal fall protections systems used by the employee; and the correct use of personal fall protection systems and equipment.
